RJ Civil Stands For Quality

When a new contract opportunity for armor rock presented itself, RJ Civil were all over it, with the resource, skills and capability to deliver RJ Civil secured the contract. Being remote in a North Canterbury rock quarry meant rock payload measurement via a weighbridge was not an option.

James from RJ Civil and Steve from Loadrite discussed the requirements and the proposal was made and accepted.

All loads are measured by rock type and size, along with details on the cartage company, truck ID and job reference, all  generated from the LOADRITE X2350 excavator weighing system. The data is printed on load docket for the truck driver and in parallel sent via the LOADRITE wireless communications controller back to RJ Civil head office for project processing and cost analysis.

The first system was installed to a 20 tonne Hitachi excavator and the second went straight onto a 35 tonne. Both machines load and report independently and can be on different projects or working on the same with the office having full visibility of which machine on on which project. The LOADRITE INsightHQ cloud based data and reporting system differentiates between machines and operators so James knows who was doing what and when, even though he is not on site.

RJ Civil invested in 2 identical systems, both with cloud based upgrade-able product and data fields so Irene can manage the integrity of the data lists remotely.
