ITM install LOADRITE on forklifts
National building supply network ITM are installing LOADRITE scales on some of their forklift fleet. The LOADRITE FS-1100 on board hydraulic weigh scale is a simple to use, no frills, rugged and reliable forklift scale which allows the operator to weigh every load and to add them up in a running total to keep track of the total weight, ensuring compliance with legal load limits for the customer vehicles and trailers.
From a site safety perspective forklift scales allow customers to correctly load pallet and timber racking and not overload the design limitations.
As part of the chain of responsibility not knowing the load weight you are loading onto a vehicle is not an excuse.
