West Coast Farmers Lime recently upgraded their loader and installed the Loadrite L2180 legal for trade scale system along with cellular data modem and cloud based web reporting tool INsightHQ.

The lime operation runs out of Ross, South of Hokotika on the West Coast of the South Island. Quarrying limestone in the local hills and processing for agricultural spreading purposes. Quarry Manager Neil Linklater runs LOADRITE INsightHQ on his Apple laptop, load data comes directly in from the web which allows Neil to review all the load out information. Truck drivers self load and have been trained to select the correct customers and cartage company details along with relevant PO reference. Neil works in with his accounts lady who also has access to INsightHQ and performs all the invoicing daily.

Neil adds in new customers and cartage company details at his laptop and remotely updates the loader so all data fields are maintained as current. The system is easy to use and basically has no paperwork associated. Any INsightHQ support is managed remotely by Loadrite NZ Ltd which has allowed Neil to run the business knowing he is never alone when it comes to support.

Farmers Lime is a long time Loadrite customer, previously having a LR915 Legal For Trade scale system and printer. Moving to INsightHQ has meant Neil does not have to process load dockets in his evenings and allows him to focus more on the quarry, knowing every load is accounted for.
