Chirstchurch Ready Mix Concrete Ltd has been providing concrete, Shingle, Sand and Contracting services in Canterbury for 50 years.
Christchurch Ready Mix Concrete Ltd (CRMC) was formed in 1962 as a division of Transport North Canterbury Ltd. Transport North Canterbury was originally founded in the 1930’s by Mr R G Grant. In 1985 his sons, Bob and Roly, purchased the ready mix concrete, shingle, sand supplies and contracting divisions. Since January 2005, the company has been wholly owned by the Estate R L Grant. The company currently operates through a Board of Directors and a Managing Director.

LOADRITE were commissioned to install C-2880 and C-2850 conveyor belt scales at all 4 sites linking back to cloud based INsightHQ data reporting software to create company wide production visibility. Aggregate and sand production sites along with the protable crushing and screening operations were all installed with wireless modems and downtime reporting capability.

Working closely with the Aggregate management team and the site operators LOADRITE installed the systems with minimal downtime, working around the production schedule.

The Powerscreen and Cone crusher both display production in Tonnes Per Hour and cumulative daily production.

Site real time production is displayed in smoko rooms to ensure the plant runs to capacity all day, detailed analysis of any black belt time is available along with daily, weekly and monthly production reporting for all products manufactured.
